all right i put this on another site so ill just copy+paste it on tell me what ya think

umm havent played my necro for a while but ive been thinking of this new build for a while

heres the skills-
life transfer{E}
arcane echo
parasitic bond
life siphon
faintheartedness
defile flesh
energy tap(or blood renewal, or any skill you might want)
res sig

basically you just degen them to death and with life transfer+echo you could probably keep that on them constantly i think

youll need you skills to be in curse, blood, insperation, and soul reaping

probably an energy-heavy build but with some armor and the energy+15/-1 focus or wand you could prolly pull it off(also why theres energy tap there)

havent put to much effort into this so please put some comments on it

life transfer = worse blood elite in this game, people stop using it please, i beg you
i put life transfer up there with fire eles, wammos, mending, healing breeze, and IW in pvp

Life Transfer is one of the best Blood Elites, you don't know what you're talking about.

So many degen builds use it and suceed I can't see it being a "degen" build without it.

life transfer is a really bad skill to base your build around...
with my ranger i always see necs using awaken the blood and i just wait for life transfer...

distracting/savage/ or punishing shot and GG

the nec just sits there trying to spam life siphon and parasitic bond on people

Your build looks very common to me. I don't like to use 4 attribs, 3 is good but 4?! With 3 you can do something like 16-10-10 and only have 1 sup rune, but with 4... So I wouldn't reccomend you use energy trap, but take another blood or curse skill there

About Lifetransfer (looks like this thread is more about LF than his build)
Lifetransfer is a good elite in PvE, but thats about it. Stop using it in PvP... Soul Leech is a better blood elite or well of power. Blood is not a good magic in PvP, it's really good in PvE cause ppl don't interrupt your LF, welll... let's say the bosses don't wait till you use LF.

Looks ok, but personally I'd drop Parasitic Bond for Conjure Phantasm and put a few points in Illusion.
